Trade Fairs & Delegations

Trade fair presence, delegation trip or business meetings: we plan, coordinate and support you on site. You focus on the conversations.

Service type: OrganisationOwn service

  • What it is about

Many parties, one schedule.

Organisers, exhibitors, travellers, contacts, service providers: at a trade fair or on a delegation trip many threads run in parallel, and usually someone is missing to hold them together. We organise and coordinate these processes, look after exhibitors and accompany participants on site, so that appointments happen and changes are absorbed.

Third-party services such as stand construction, accommodation or transport we coordinate and broker for you. They are delivered by the respective providers.
